Get in touch with your feminine side as you pummel your sparring opponent with with a barrage of snap punches and roundhouse kicks, fling them onto the ground, and squeeze them in a choke-lock until they’re forced to tap out. In this Alliance Orlando class geared specifically towards women, you’ll learn how to effectively kick, punch, and force your opponent into submission via a number of joint locks and chokes. You’ll also learn how to fend off a would-be assailant, gaining the necessary experience to make self-defense second nature. At the same time, you’ll be getting a great workout that will build your core strength and balance. This class offers entry into an exciting community that encourages you to be your best while building mental and physical discipline and having fun doing it.
