This class will focus on authentic Middle Eastern belly dance, which is performed today throughout the Arab world. Learn the fundamentals of belly dance, including isolations, hip movements, arm movements, floor work and the art of veil dancing. This class will teach you the essential steps and movements which will build the foundation for choreography in the next level. Best of all, belly dance is a great way to tone your body, but due to the fun atmosphere of the class you won’t even realizing you’re burning calories!
