    Wonder Works

    The Wonder Works exhibits utilize some of the most sophisticated graphic and audio presentation techniques available. Throughout Wonder Works, you will be able to actively participate in some of the most imaginative displays and exhibits found in any facility in the United States. Included in the general admission ticket is one 4D Extreme Motion ride, which is a 12 seat theater with full motion seats and special effects. You will wear 3D glasses and be immersed into the movie for an adventure. Additionally, one 3-story indoor ropes course - climb 36ft up this glow in the dark course as you encounter several obstacles that will challenge your endurance along the way.

    Wu Shu

    Better self discipline, physical health, the ability to protect yourself and your loved ones - do you really need more reasons to start learning a martial art? In this class you will start with a warm up, stretching, and strength training exercises to improve skill, stamina, strength, flexibility and overall health. The majority of class will focus on perfecting certain forms, which are a series of choreographed shadow boxing movements that form a set. These forms improve coordination, concentration, cardiovascular stamina, physical strength, and grace. You'll practice a variety of different types of movements, including punching, kicking, acrobatics, tumbling, high and low stances, and even weapon training once you're ready. It's time to get training!

    Tai Chi

    Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art that is practiced through gentle movement, relaxation, and controlled breathing. It is famous for the physical and mental conditioning it provides for practitioners at any age. In this class you will execute slow, controlled movements to improve strength, balance, and coordination. You will cover different styles and forms of Tai Chi, as well as practice Push Hands, a game/exercise played between two Tai Chi practitioners with the goal of making the other lose their balance or become entangled. Tai Chi will reduce the effects of stress in your life and even reduce blood pressure with continued practice. If you're looking for a martial art form that emphasizes inner peace and control, rather than repetitive strikes and kicks, Tai Chi might be right for you.
