    Wu Shu

    Better self discipline, physical health, the ability to protect yourself and your loved ones - do you really need more reasons to start learning a martial art? In this class you will start with a warm up, stretching, and strength training exercises to improve skill, stamina, strength, flexibility and overall health. The majority of class will focus on perfecting certain forms, which are a series of choreographed shadow boxing movements that form a set. These forms improve coordination, concentration, cardiovascular stamina, physical strength, and grace. You'll practice a variety of different types of movements, including punching, kicking, acrobatics, tumbling, high and low stances, and even weapon training once you're ready. It's time to get training!

    Tai Chi

    Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art that is practiced through gentle movement, relaxation, and controlled breathing. It is famous for the physical and mental conditioning it provides for practitioners at any age. In this class you will execute slow, controlled movements to improve strength, balance, and coordination. You will cover different styles and forms of Tai Chi, as well as practice Push Hands, a game/exercise played between two Tai Chi practitioners with the goal of making the other lose their balance or become entangled. Tai Chi will reduce the effects of stress in your life and even reduce blood pressure with continued practice. If you're looking for a martial art form that emphasizes inner peace and control, rather than repetitive strikes and kicks, Tai Chi might be right for you.

    Clearwater Marine Aquarium Day Trip

    You'll be picked up from your hotel in the morning and taken to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, just 1.5 hours from Orlando. Dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of injured marine animals, this fun and educational attraction offers a variety of activities for the whole family. See Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, sea turtles, river otters, stingrays and sharks. Feed a stingray, watch a dolphin show, and have your photo taken with a dolphin. You can also take a behind-the-scenes tour of the animal hospital and visit the theater to watch footage of the aquarium's team rescuing and treating injured animals. You won't want to miss Winter, the world-famous dolphin whose story inspired the hit movie Dolphin Tale. After losing her tail in a crab trap, she was rescued and fitted with a prosthetic tail. Now she's healthy and swimming freely! Take a journey inside the movie with re-built scenes, movie images and actual props used in the film. Winter's incredible story has also been seen on Oprah, NBC's The Today Show, ABC's Good Morning America and others. After your time at the aquarium, enjoy free time for lunch (included) and some beach time. You'll then be taken back to your Orlando hotel.
