You'll cover 15-20 miles of paved trails and bike lanes while getting a great aerobic workout that won't leave your legs feeling like putty when your done. Or at least, not for very long!
Each venture is paced at 12-14 mph to make it easy on beginners ready to start enriching their lives with some fun, physical exercise. It's also a great way to meet others with an interest in cycling!
