Paddleboarding is a relaxing, yet demanding sport that will tone your body and train your balance skills. This class is the perfect place to get started with this sport. You’ll spend time on the water with an instructor getting to know paddling, balance and safety techniques. This weekday morning class will help you start your workday off right, clear your head and let you have fun on the water. Don’t worry about lugging around unwieldy equipment - we’ll do the heavy lifting for you and provide the paddleboard, paddle and instructor, of course.
Note: Some paddling experience is recommended and everyone is required to know how to swim.
