As such, it incorporates a synthesis of cultural traditions, including indigenous, Spanish, and African influences. It has continued to evolve and grow in modern times, with many impacts felt by pop culture. During this class, you’ll not only be getting practice and an education in these multicultural forms, but a great aerobic workout too, which will help you develop balance, control, and stamina.
