    Let's be real... You've perfected your catwalk in the privacy of your bedroom and mastered different runway poses in the shower. No shame! Especially not in this Online Vogue Tone dance class! Believe it or not, "vogue-ing" is actually a dance style that can provide you with an intense body workout. Sounds too good to be true, doesn't it? You'll practice the six elements of vogue-ing, including hands, spins, catwalk, duckwalk, dips, and floor performance on your journey to a better-toned body! This class will begin with a 15-minute warm up during which you'll partake in core work and isolation exercises. Afterward, you'll learn some of the extensive history of Vogue as you master the different elements, each strengthening different parts of your body. The choreography you'll learn will be infused with other forms of dances such as jazz, modern, ballet, hip-hop, and Afro-Haitian! You'll see it takes much more than just killer genes to make it in the modeling industry!

    American Tribal Style Belly Dance

    Looking to "shake up" your day-to-day routine? Then "shimmy" on over to to this fun and friendly dance studio to check out this belly dance class! This fun, social class will instruct you in the basics of an unique, modern form of belly dance called American Tribal, which is most known for its focus on group dancing. Over the course of this class, you'll learn standard belly dance postures, build body awareness, master slow and fast movements, and learn to dance as a part of a group in formations such as circles. As an added bonus, you'll enjoy getting a full-body workout that will help you build strength, muscle tone, and coordination in an exciting way!     Aerial Conditioning

    Students work in stations, targeting specific muscle groups used to strengthen their aerial bodies. Inversions, pull ups, beats, hip keys, skin the cats, meathook, split, and backbends exercises are explored through circuits, and are designed to challenge one’s strength and flexibility. Aerial Conditioning is the “Flames” segment of the Aireal Alchemy project. By taking this class, you will be working towards straight arm inversions, straight leg hip keys, and building your inverted climb vocabulary.

Students in this class will have a vast understanding of the “hitch” theory of aireal, and experience deep explorations of hip, knee, foot, and waist hitches.
