What is BushidÅ? It means "Way of the Warrior," and it's a Japanese code of conduct and a way of life, loosely analogous to the European concept of chivalry.
It originates from the Samurai moral code and stresses frugality, loyalty, martial arts mastery, and honor unto death. Now, we don't want to take it that far -- death is an extreme -- but, wouldn't it be nice to learn the moral code of the Samurai?
Take this Forms class and your journey will begin with a wooden, foam or plastic practice sword (Bokken). You can learn to gain control and perfect the Kata (forms), Suburi (solo exercises), and Tachiuchi (partner practice) while handling the sword safely.
Hey, nice BushidÅ!
