Looking for a little more kapow in your life? This introductory class will introduce you to the world of boxing, one of the most popular combat sports of all times.

It's also a great workout that will tone your body and shed body fat like nothing else. Designed for those who aren't sure if boxing is for them and just want to check it out, this trial costs you nothing but a little body sweat.

You'll learn some basic boxing moves and stances, and get in some shadow boxing and bag work to develop your punching technique. The facilities are state-of-the-art, and its boxing instructors bring tons of experience to the gym.

Even if you decide boxing isn't for you, at least you'll walk out with a mean right hook. And that can come in... handy.
