The Kenpo approach is comprehensive, straightforward, and suitable for every age group. This is a practical approach to self-defense that is based on real-world scenarios -- ensuring that you get training that will strengthen you both in and out of the gym.

In this class, you’ll learn essential moves like hand strikes, kicks, submission grappling, weapons work, and more through the effective practice of different repetitions including forms, sets, and freestyles.

Plus, you’ll be working with fellow focused students in a class where you may just find a new great friend -- score!
