This free trial class will introduce you to one of the most effective cardio and strength training regimes on the planet, and it all takes place in a state-of-art facility. You’ll start out with an aerobic warm-up to get your blood pumping before working out on the heavy bags, building your form and power.
Afterwards, you’ll move on to complementary circuit training and core exercises to give your muscle groups a little extra incentive to get ripped.
