It’s hard to spend any amount of time in Arizona without noticing the strong influence of Native American culture. This tour is designed for the knowledge-hungry and inquisitive who would like to gain a greater understanding of that culture.
Setting out from either Sedona or Flagstaff, you’ll head out by tour bus to your first destination. While on the bus, you’ll enjoy the insights of your guide, plus an informative video about the local tribes.
Highlights of this full day adventure include visits to the Sinagua and Anasazi ruins at Walnut Canyon and the Wupatki National Monument. You’ll also visit the surreal Sunset Crater, a volcanic cone that had tremendous spiritual significance for the ancient tribes.
Water, snacks, and a picnic lunch are included to keep you fueled. But bring your own sense of curiosity and wonder!
