Jabz Boxing provides an uptempo workout routine for women in a state-of-the-art MMA studio! Boxing is one of the most vigorous fitness regimes you can engage in, and this class is no exception.
You'll develop form and power with shadow boxing drills and bag work, slinging punches while keeping your feet active. With time and dedication, this workout routine, along with ancillary strength-training exercises, will sculpt your body, raising your fitness level to heights you've only dreamed of.
Best of all, classes take place in a supportive, collaborative gym that is eager to welcome boxers of all levels.
And let's face it ... A mean right hook has its uses.
Note: MMA gloves must be worn to participate and can be purchased at Jabz if you do not own a pair.
