This is a hands-on introduction to stand up paddleboarding! The best part? You’ll be paddling among the incredible canyons of Lake Powell.
Your WPA Certified instructors will make sure you’re safe and enjoying the beautiful landscape at the same time!
You’ll learn the basics of balance, stance, steering, efficiency, and paddling for fitness. You’ll even find out how to transport your board, in case you decide to buy one of your own in the future.
No experience is necessary for this lesson! By the end of the session, you’ll be comfortable on the board, ready to handle the wakes and the wind.
Note: Students must be at least 10 years old, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The maximum amount of students per class is 6.
The boards can accommodate up to 250 lbs per individual while still allowing for a fun and safe experience.
