The grill isn’t just for meat. Think of all the delicious smokiness you can infuse into seafood with just a bit of expertise behind the grill! Salmon, tuna, shrimp, oysters, you name it! It’s all on the menu during this special 3.5 hour seafood class taught by Phoenix BBQ and Grilling School.

You’ll not only learn the technique to properly cook your seafood on the grill, but you’ll also pick up some delicious recipes to share with your friends at your next summer BBQ!

They’ll be impressed when you show them how to grill their salmon over cedar planks or foil-wrap their shrimp for an extra-juicy, extra-flavorful dish.

Note: The cost of the class includes the food. You’ll work mainly with the gas grill, but your steak connoisseurs will also cover how to use charcoal and pellet grills.
