During this Power Hour session, you’ll participate in a full-body workout that can help you burn up to 1,000 calories! Not only will you pick up cool boxing techniques from your professional instructor, but you’ll also increase your strength and endurance, build muscle, and boost your self-confidence.
Classes begin with a 15-minute warm-up to get your blood pumping and muscles ready. Then, you’ll have 30-minutes of stress-relieving bag work! You’ll cool off with an active wrap-up session involving floor work and toning exercises.
