If you have to run on the treadmill for another ten seconds at a pseudo-incline, you’re going to go insane. Switch out your boring gym routine for an exhilarating kickboxing class!

During this Power Hour session, you’ll participate in a dynamic cardio experience that combines boxing, kickboxing, core strengthening, and toning and sculpting routines. Not only will you pick up kickboxing techniques, but you’ll also increase your strength and endurance, build muscle, boost your self-confidence, and burn up to 1,000 calories!

Classes begin and end with a 15-minute warm-up and cool-off respectively. For the main component of the lesson, your trainer will teach you the fundamentals of kickboxing and boxing, including how to execute front kicks, roundhouses, back kicks, hooks, and more.

Get ready to work up a sweat!
