But when it comes right down to it, Muay Thai Kickboxing is really about eight things: two knees, two shins, two elbows, and two elbows. Known as the “art of eight limbs,” Muay Thai is a combat sport that makes use of devastating strikes to subdue opponents based on these points of contacts, plus complimentary clinching techniques. During this free introduction you’ll drill techniques designed to make these moves second nature. You’ll also participate in controlled partner work to develop your reflexes and combat mentality.
