During this MMA class, you'll begin to learn the most effective elements of several classic combat styles, including jiu-jitsu, judo, wrestling, kickboxing, and muay thai. In the process, you'll develop powerful strikes and throws, and learn what to do when your fight inevitably ends up on the ground.

MMA fighting is a wildly popular combat sport as well, with electrifying matches taking place in eight-sided cages. As such, you'll stimulate your competitive side, and have opportunities for controlled sparring matches with fellow students.

You'll also take your physical fitness and athletic skills to whole new levels, building powerful core muscles and developing your stamina, flexibility, and motor control.
