United Kung Fu offers hardcore, goal-focused martial arts training. You'll learn a style of self-defense derived from 1500 years of tradition, starting in the temples of ancient China.

Master devastating strikes, perfect your balance, and focus on the fundamentals in a dynamic learning environment. There is heavy emphasis on conditioning, bag-work, and sparring, to simulate real combat. In addition to learning to defend yourself, you'll be getting a tremendous physical workout that will harden your core, expand your flexibility, and build your motor control.
