    Meditative Floating Session Late Night

Sensory deprivation tanks have been shown to have numerous health benefits over the years- so why not try it out with a late-night, two-and-a-half-hour float? Within the tank, you'll be kept afloat atop a few inches of Epsom-infused water, negating the sensation of weight. And, as the tanks are both sound and light proof, audio and visual stimulation will be denied as well. By not feeding these senses, you'll limit your brain's need to constantly analyze of the world around you. This will allow all those great ideas you only get late at night, when you're about to fall asleep, to take center stage. In this sense, your experience will be somewhat akin to supercharged mediation, leading to insights and emotional balance. It may sound wacky- but really there's no sound at all.
