The sessions incorporate choreography from hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, and other international rhythms to provide you with an engaging workout that is extremely effective. The Zumba studio is decked out with disco lights and an incredible sound system so you'll feel like you're out at the Club rather than at the gym. You'll get an awesome aerobic workout while sculpting your legs, abs, glutes, and arms. It's a party atmosphere, filled with great tunes and nice, happy people all sweating their butts off. No prior experience is needed. Working out shouldn't be this fun, but somehow it is!
