The New York form of the dance is done at a slower tempo and is more linear. The LA form is much tighter and keeps one of the partners in a near-constant state of rotation. Both reflect the speed and glamor of the disco era, and in this class you'll learn the basics to this social dance that is perfect for the energy and vibrancy of a nightclub.

Note: This is a class for a partner dance (although you don't have to bring a partner), and it lasts about 55 minutes.
