During this all-levels class, you'll find yourself part of an energetic and supportive group of students, where you'll master essential ground-fighting skills such as grappling. You'll also learn how to pull off effective basic moves, which may include joint locks, chokes, and more.
And because this style works best when you're off your feet, you'll also learn efficient takedowns to get your opponents right where you want them!
