Trying to improve your cage-fighting game? Hit the ground rolling with this submission grappling class for women!
Ground fighting is one of the most crucial elements of mixed martial arts competition, as most fights tend to end up there pretty quickly. The same is often true in real world encounters, making its study likewise a great compliment to self-defense training.
During this class, you'll learn the art of submission grappling, providing you with the ability to successfully out-maneuver foes, escape their attacks, and defeat them with superior body position, joint locks, and chokes. With study, you'll find that technique and leverage are far more important than superior strength.
Elements you'll be learning are taken from judo, wrestling, and jiu jitsu.
And no smelly guys -- always a bonus.
Note: Class is intended for women.
