    Wind River Rafting Trip

    Hang onto your hats, things are about to get wild! But not literally, since you're going to need that your paddle. In fact, you might want to leave your hat behind on this one! The Wind River offers some of the most challenging whitewater stretches in the entire Pacific Northwest. Oh, things start off quietly enough. The first mile of this scenic run is so mild you might well find yourself snoozing. But don't get caught off guard, because once the river bottom drops out, you'll find yourself plunged into crashing Class IV and V rapids for three full miles! Midway through your trip, you'll head riverside for a picnic lunch. Eat up, because you're going to need your energy! You'll also get plenty of water, even if most of it is going to end up in your face. The final few miles slow down just a bit, but they still offer numerous Class III and Class IV rapids to keep you on your toes. Good luck!
