Well if you like fun, you'll have a ball in Vitalidad Movement Arts Center's Zumba class, where you'll practice dance moves that combine a number of different styles -- salsa, reggaeton, merengue, African dance, hip hop and more! You'll get an awesome aerobic workout while sculpting your legs, abs, glutes, and arms. It's a party atmosphere, filled with great tunes and nice, happy people all sweating their butts off.
