If a panda can do Kung Fu, you can too.
Get in on the action by joining this beginning kung fu class. You'll learn how to block, strike, and kick like a true kung fu master, and you'll gain confidence and muscle while doing it! An experienced professional will lead you through the moves step-by-step and help you expand your martial arts ability.
No experience is necessary to participate, and if you still are unsure just remember - it's so easy a panda can do it.

What to expect
- Learn strikes, kicks, blocks, and basic stances in order to achieve a basic knowledge of kung fu and its techniques
- Tone your arms, legs, and abs as you strengthen your muscles with this ancient form of physical exercise
- Start class with a warm up, review technique, participate in drills, and then cool down when it's all over
- Feel strong and empowered by the end of class!
