Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

Your Privacy

Vimbly ("we", "our" or "us") takes very seriously the private nature of your personally identifying information. The privacy of all Vimbly users is very important. This Privacy Policy describes how we use the information we obtain when you visit (the "Site") or use the services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this notice carefully and do not hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.

Email Sign Up Process

When you sign up for a Vimbly account, you will be required to provide a valid email address. We will only use this email address to contact you as part of the transaction process, to send you periodic emails that you have subscribed to, or for purposes that are intended to enhance your user experience. We may also occasionally contact you to obtain feedback on a vendor booking in which you have participated. We will not share your email address with any third parties or merchants. Vimbly will generally ask you to indicate whether or not you want to receive certain types of email communication from us, and we will adhere to your preferences unless we consider a particular communication to be absolutely necessary. Emails will generally contain a link at the bottom to be removed from our mailing list.

When making a booking, you may be required to provide the full name of the person who will use it, whether that will be you or someone else. We will only share this name with the applicable vendor. If a payment is involved in your booking, we will also collect your full name during the checkout process to verify your credit card payment information. When signing up for a Vimbly account, you may also be asked to provide your name at that time so that we can personalize all communications you receive from us.

If any billing information is required, it will be recorded via a Secure Socket Layer connection (SSL) and is fully encrypted. This and your other personal information is safe and secure and will only be used for the purpose of booking your activity. We take security seriously and employ commercial security measures to protect the security of your personal information.

Vimbly may also create unique links in emails that enable us to track on which emails you click.
