Like in Olympic Taekwondo, you'll spar with a partner to improve your reflexes, agility, and ability to anticipate your opponent's actions. Seeing as the skills you'll pick up from sparring exercises are most applicable to real-world scenarios, this offering is a great chance to practice self-defense, too.
While your instructors are experts in teaching taekwondo techniques, a large focus of the training is on helping you develop the following personal attributes: self-confidence, focus, discipline, fitness, healthy weight.
