During this Taekwondo class, you'll learn Olympic Style Taekwondo, which involves punching, kicking, blocking, sparring, and board breaking. Developing your body is the key to developing the strength of your mind!
You'll improve the precision of your footwork, which will help you to become more stable when executing maneuvers. This is a great way to build physical strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Now you just need a couple of films credits under your black belt, and you're good to go!
