You'll meet Tim Gearhart himself for a hands-on lesson in truffle rolling and learn all about the art of crafting artisan chocolates. Discover how Gearhart's uses a creative and attentive approach in tandem with local sweet cream, pure butter, fruits, nuts, herbs, teas, spices, and liquors to make delicious chocolate!

Exploring the facility, learn, and taste delicious chocolates from around the world. Develop your understanding of chocolate profiles and partake in a dipping session featuring delicious ganaches. You'll also leave home with an 8 piece assortment of chocolates and receive exclusive discounts on Gearhart's products!

Please indicate a pickup location within 20 miles of Charlottesville in the Special Requests Box. Please also indicate if you have any food allergies.

Once a tour has been scheduled and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. A notice of 48 hours and a fee of $100 dollars is required for re­scheduling a tour. Refunds: In the interest of Client safety, the tour provider reserves the right to reschedule any tour within 24 hours in the event of unforeseen issues including but not limited to weather, acts of god, mechanical failure. If a rescheduled tour is not agreed upon, a full refund will be given to client. Alterations: Please note, alternations may not be accepted once a tour has been confirmed. Tour interruption: The tour provider will not be responsible for the behavior and/or misconduct of guests while on tour. In the event a guest is refused service while on the tour by any of our vendors due to misconduct, the tour will conclude immediately and the entire party will be returned to the pick up location. PARTY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR PARTIAL REFUND.
