Note: You must book for at least 2 participants. Participants are required to complete "Medical Release" & "Participant Agreement, Release, and Assumption of Risk" forms before the activity, which will be included in your confirmation email. Also, please specify pickup location in the "Special Requests" box.

All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. If you cancel within 5 calendar days in advance, you will be charged 50% of your total booking fees. Full refunds will be given if we determine that weather or other conditions are unsafe. No refunds will be issued once a tour or service has commenced except in the case of emergencies! Any changes to reservations, including group size or trip options (i.e. Full or Half-day trips) must be made within 48 hours for any applicable refunds to be issued, except in the case of emergencies.
