You’ll have to learn Kung Fu the old fashioned way and take a class. Learn the basic Kung Fu Forms from an experienced instructor at the 5 Elements Martial Arts & Wellness Center. Not only will this class give you a foundation in Kung Fu, it will also improve your mental and physical well-being.
