This trial class will acquaint you with some of the fundamentals of boxing, while introducing you to a gym featuring state-of-art equipment and professional instruction.
Boxing is a great way to both satiate your competitive side and get highly effective workout that will help you build a toned, strong body. You'll be using bags and shadow boxing to develop form, power, and speed; you'll also work in controlled sparring sessions to learn to effectively read and react to opponents.
