After this free trial class, you’ll have eight ways to make your foes pay! Muay Thai, also known as the “art of eight limbs,” is a combat sport that makes use of making devastating strikes to eight points of contact in order to subdue your opponent.

You’ll master techniques involving the hands, feet, elbows, and knees, in drills and sparring practice designed to make the moves second nature.

In addition to being a popular combat sport, Muay Thai is also recognized as an extremely effective workout regime, not to mention an effective self-defense form.
