….but really all you need is the drive to learn in this all-levels, seminar-style Muay Thai class!

Following the lead of your expert instructor, you’ll make your way through practicing the basics with pad work, cardio exercises, and partner drills -- making this the perfect class for everyone from first-timers to seasoned pros looking for a refresher.

You’ll also have the chance to engage in some light sparring and really put your skills to the test!

Plus, you’ll immediately begin to build endurance strength, agility, and mental strength as you experience a goal-oriented workout focused on self-discipline and self-respect.

In other words, you’ll get a champion-level confidence boost!

Note: Required equipment for this class includes hand wraps, boxing gloves (14-16 oz), shin protectors, a cup for male students, and a mouth guard; headgear is recommended for those students interested in light sparring. There is limited loaner equipment available at the gym for students trying out the class; staff will also be available to help in the purchase of equipment.
