You’re looking for a practical self-defense style that isn’t just fancy stunts and flashy tumbling. You want to be able to defend yourself should something unfortunate happen to you in the real world, and you don’t want to have to learn a back flip to do it. Krav Maga is the martial art form you have been looking for. As the official self-defense and fighting system used by the Israel Defense Force (IDF), militaries worldwide, and numerous law enforcement agencies, this reality-based system is designed to teach real self-defense in the shortest possible time. Your instructor will emphasize easy-to-learn techniques that have been battle tested in real life situations with a focus on quickly neutralizing opponents. You will learn defenses against punches, kicks and other strikes, escapes and releases from chokes, bear hugs and other grappling techniques; protection against knives, guns and other weapons, and techniques to combat against multiple attackers based on simple principles and instinctive movements. Start to master one of the most intense forms of martial arts out there to prepare yourself against any style of fighting you may come across.
