This beginner’s class at Fun Pole Fitness is just for you!
In this repeating class, you can move at your own pace and practice the choreography and moves every week until you have them down pat. Practicing on your own pole, you’ll learn the 4 basic spins -- inside planted foot, outside planted foot, blind hand grab, and inside hooked leg.
This class is a great core workout and will build your upper body strength. Plus, you’ll get to rock those short-shorts sitting in your closet!
This class had some serious poling power, and with good reason!
