If you think you know BJJ, think again. In the world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi is a style of ground fighting in which opponents focus on the body’s natural handles to take each other down. It also takes on a different pace and requires different moves than Gi fighting does, making it feel like a spin on the sport and opening up a new perspective on how Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is done. Come try your hand at this alternative style and see if you have what it takes to grapple with the best of ‘em. You’ll learn the rules of No-Gi and practice techniques such as takedowns and escapes with the help of a professional BJJ instructor.
