If you’re looking for a comprehensive guide to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, this is it. Over the course of 26 weeks, you’ll develop the techniques and skills that are essential to this martial art form. Practice core moves such as rolls, defenses, and escapes while building a deeper knowledge of how and why each move is used. In the end, you’ll discover a new level of both physical and mental fitness while also honing your self defense skills. All levels are welcome in this fundamentals course.
