Try a new experience in overall fitness with this Mixed Jiu-Jitsu class designed for all levels. You’ll follow a 16 week program focused on specific positions and correct form. Master moves such as counters, defense, sweeps, and passing. You’ll also practice mounts, side controls, guards, half guards, turtles, back controls, and takedowns. With each lesson, you’ll gain coordination and discipline in your movements as well as increased mindfulness. Learn from professionally trained instructors ready to cater to your specific skill level and provide a safe and controlled environment. Make your fitness routine about more than just muscles, and learn a new skill in the process.
Note: A uniform is required for this class. You will receive a week of classes that starts the date of the class you sign up for. This is a free trial class for first-time students only.
