Wouldn’t it be great to be able to enjoy all the exotic dishes you taste when you’re out for Thai food without the hassle of putting on pants or going anywhere? In this class, you’ll learn to prepare three popular Thai dishes for yourself, so you and your loved ones can cook them from the ease of your own home. You will be making Thai spring rolls, Green curry, and Black rice pudding. Your Thai spring rolls will consist of rice paper rolls filled with carrots, cilantro, cucumber and avocado. With the help of your instructor, you’ll uncover how to make delicious green curry, a classic Thai entrée, mixed together with ground herbs served over rice. And for dessert, gain insight into how to make rice pudding -- glutinous rice simmered in sweet coconut milk! You will not only learn the names of the exotic ingredients that give Thai food its characteristic flavor, but you’ll also learn where to buy them and how to prepare them.
Note: You are welcome to bring your own wine to this class. There is no corkage fee.
