Well, welcome to your next culinary destination: Iran! In this class you will learn how to make everyday ingredients into extraordinary Persian cuisine with just the right blend of spices. You will be making Mast-o-Khiar, Salmon with Sabzi Polo, and Persian ice cream. Practice these new recipes in class, and use them later at home to feed all your friends. When there’s such delicious food involved, they want to learn too!
Note: You are welcome to bring your own wine to this class. There is no corkage fee.
