Wushu is a style of Kung Fu whose name means, appropriately enough, "the art of fighting". that is heavily focused on the combative arts. Brought to the mainstream by Jet Li and films like "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon", its a form that focuses on clean and powerful movement. In this class you'll learn the basics of this highly aesthetic martial art. Training in Wushu will build your strength, stamina, agility, flexibility, coordination and speed. After this combative class you will be more than capable of defending yourself. Push your limits!
