You’ll kick and punch your way to fitness, and learn locks, takedowns, ground fighting, pressure points, restraints, come alongs, and hip throws. If that sounds like a lot, don’t worry. They make a lot more sense when you see them in action, and do them yourself!

This is the ultimate workout for both men and women. Anyone, with any experience level or athletic ability, is welcome. This is a great way to meet new people in a fun and inclusive environment.
