Got brain frazzle? Life can do that. Recharge your head during this drop-in meditation class, and find yourself a part of a community devoted to the art of mindfulness. Mindfulness is central to mediation, involving simple observation without over analysis or judgement. During this session, you’ll get to experience a guided mediation session lasting 30-40 minutes in length. Afterwards, you’ll have the chance to participate in a dialogue on mindfulness with the instructor, gleaning insights into the practice that will help inform your understanding of what you’ve just experienced. You’ll feel the immediate benefits of meditation, even if you’re new to practice, which are proven to include increased focus, emotional balance, and circulation. Really, sometimes the best policy is not to think. You should tell your boss that.
Note: This class is donation based. A $10.00 donation for each class attended is encouraged.
