Dolph Lundgren hounding your every move with icy Soviet-era taunts? It’s common problem. You’ll be able to teach him a Rocky-style lesson after partaking in this introductory boxing class.

You’ll learn traditional American-style boxing, including footwork, evasion, subterfuge, blocking, and attacking. Practice your right hooks and jabs on heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags, and water bags under the guidance of a discerning eye.

While the class is physically demanding, the instructors of Old School Boxing maintain an atmosphere that is accessible and welcoming of novices, regardless of skill or fitness level. In addition to learning one of the world’s most popular fighting sports, you’ll be getting into shape via the same style of workout routine used to sculpt the bodies of professional boxers.

Someday, maybe you’ll even get your own statue in Philadelphia.
