Looking for a new challenge that will get you fit while also inspiring discipline and direction in your life? Welcome to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In this No-Gi class, your professional instructor will guide you through the fundamentals as you practice techniques and develop a deeper understanding of your practice. You'll practice warm-up drills, movement techniques, and sparring that will train both your mind and body. You'll also discover the difference between Gi and No-Gi styles, including uniform and techniques. Gain coordination, stamina, and confidence as you build your skills and discover a new approach to fitness.
